The Core Capabilities Of This Product
SUITS ALL ART NEEDS: THIS HEAT-SENSITIVE COLOR-CHANGING POWDER IS PERFECT FOR A VARIETY OF CRAFT PROJECTS
Looking for a versatile and fun material for your arts and crafts projects? Our heat-sensitive color-changing powder is ideal for a wide range of applications, including nail polish, slime, secret messages, resin/epoxy, paintings, jewelry making, heat-sensitive mugs, wax, and mood rings.
NON-TOXIC AND SAFE: ENSURE YOUR CRAFTING IS SAFE AND FUN Our color-shift powder is designed to be non-toxic and safe for use, without any harsh chemicals. However, it's not intended for consumption. This makes it a great choice for creative projects at home or in the classroom.
EASY TO USE: A SIMPLE MIXING PROCEDURE Mix the thermochromic pigment powder with a clear base. Start with a small amount, and gradually add more as needed to achieve your desired color. Keep in mind that mixing generates heat, which may temporarily change the color of the mixture. Take your time and be patient; the process will eventually give you the desired effect.
TEMPERATURE ACTIVATED: WATCH THE MAGIC HAPPEN Apply heat to the thermochromic microcapsules, and the color of the material will change. As the temperature cools down, the color reverts to its original state. This powder changes at 88°F (31°C) from the first color to the second color, and then cools back to its original color.
COLORS INCLUDED: 5 COLOR OPTIONS TO CHOOSE FROM This pack includes five color-shifting options: - Orange to Yellow - Dark Green to Lime - Purple to Pink - Cyan to Greenyellow - Violet to Blue
RECOMMENDED CONCENTRATIONS: FOR DIFFERENT MATERIALS For solvent or water-based ink or paint, use a concentration of 3~30% w/w (25%) for best results. For plastics injection or extrusion, use 0.2%~1% w/w (0.5%).
NOTE: AMONGST NOTABLE LIMITATIONS While this thermochromic pigment powder offers exciting new possibilities, it's worth noting that its UV light resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance are less robust compared to regular paint. Proper handling and storage will help maintain its quality and effectiveness.
